New Haven County Extension Resource Council

The New Haven County Extension Resource Council (NCERC) is one of eight regional councils throughout Connecticut that serve as volunteer partners to the University of Connecticut’s Cooperative Extension Centers. Each Council’s purpose is to provide a link between the local community and the Cooperative Extension System.

The New Haven County Extension Resource Council exchanges and solicits ideas for the educational programs; raises funds; identifies major community needs; and collaborates and coordinates with community organizations, to increase the public’s awareness of the Cooperative Extension System.
